The SMS Service feature enables you to connect your preferred messaging provider for sending SMS review requests. Currently, we support [Telnyx](https://onlinereviews.kb.help/telnyx-setup/) and [Twilio](https://onlinereviews.kb.help/twilio-setup/). Please be aware that for SMS to United States numbers, your connected phone must have an approved 10DLC or toll-free campaign.

To integrate the SMS service, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Settings.
2. Select SMS Service.
