The Analytics section provides a comprehensive view of your growth through charts updated daily.

**Key Metrics:**

- **Number of New Public Reviews: **Illustrates the growth in public reviews over time.
- **Reviews Growth Chart: **Represents the overall trend in the number of reviews. 
- **Average Rating Growth: **Displays the average rating normalized on a scale from 1 to 5.

**Reviews Funnel:**

- **Invites Sent: **Total number of email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns sent in the selected timeframe. 
- **Total Visits: **The overall visits to your Review Link during the chosen period.
- **QR Code Visits: **Visits to the Review Link via QR codes in the selected timeframe.
- **New Public Reviews: **Public reviews (e.g., Google) received during the chosen period, excluding video and private reviews.
- **Negative Feedbacks: **Private reviews from negative customer experiences in the selected timeframe.
